Since joining Policy Research in 2006, Ms. Keator has collaborated with practitioners, policymakers, and researchers to identify and respond to the behavioral needs of children and adolescents at risk; reduce behavioral care disparities among children and adolescents, particularly American Indian youth; and increase access to and availability of effective and appropriate behavioral health services and support.
